REHOM'S STORY

Our company, based in Peschiera Borromeo - just a stone's throw from Milan - has always aimed to use technology and computer software for the design, production and marketing of systems for heat metering and for the supervision and control of technological systems in buildings. Because keeping your power consumption under control means saving and reducing waste, thereby contributing to the environment.

Over the years, Rehom has also developed different solutions for the regulation of environmental comfort and remote control that allow you to program the comfort and manage the home automation of your home from anywhere.

1984 - RadiaX module

Rehom was founded in 1984 with the aim of designing, manufacturing and marketing systems for calorie/refrigeration metering, comfort regulation and air treatment.
In that year we developed an electronic system called RadiaX, which used the home electricity network to transmit data.

1990s - RadiaXTel module

In the '90s the system was redesigned and improved with new features such as the consumption metering via dedicated serial bus that allows direct heat metering, remote control and the capability to interact hands-free with your apartment via telephone to know the state of comfort and possibly operate on temperature, humidity and air cleanliness regulation.
The new system has been named "RadiaxTel".

2000 - I modules H20

Since 2000 the design and production of zone modules (satellite) called Radiax H20 has been started, which differ in advanced features such as climate control, exchanger working temperature control and remote monitoring of functionality. This new, more advanced product makes it possible to produce domestic hot water, with a more simplified system design.

2000/2008 - The new modules

In the following years other types of modules have been developed:

  • for heat metering
  • for heat and cooling metering
  • with hot water production with storage
  • for radiant panel heating systems

In parallel with the evolution of the systems for the plants, Rehom also strengthens its relationship with its customers, offering not only products but also assistance in energy consumption measurement and maintenance.

2010 - Distribution network control

Thanks to the knowledge acquired in the design, production and service of the modules, Rehom develops a system that aims to reduce wasted energy by integrating the functionality of the modules, distribution network, central pumps and heat generators.

The study of data on the gap between the amount of energy injected into the distribution network and that actually used and metered by the connected users is a strong incentive for Rehom to seek innovative solutions that reduce waste, reducing the ratio between energy supplied and energy used.

2011 - Environmental comfort adjustment

With the increasing spread of underfloor heating/cooling, Rehom is studying and developing a modular control system called "Radiax Multizone" which allows the temperature in individual rooms to be adjusted individually and the air quality to be controlled from a single point with a colour touchscreen display. Moreover, the user can manage his chronothermostat through an app that can be downloaded from any smartphone, in order to view and access to its functions.

Since 2018 - Domotics Supervision

Domotics makes it possible to interact with all the systems present in your home. This allows all the elements that are part of them to dialogue with each other by performing functions programmed by the user, but also functions performed in partial or full autonomy.

Dal 2019 – APP, Radiax Web e Trattamento dell’aria

The WebServer component has been introduced in the system architecture, which offers remote comfort adjustment via an App for Android and IOS. The Dehumidifier has been designed with a potential heat exchanger operated from the user interface integrated with the other functions for adjustment and metering.
